Description
Along the closed lagoon beach at Sebastian Inlet, the Ruddy Turnstone were checking out the litter along the shoreline.
Summer is a strange time to find a migratory bird that is making their home full-time in Florida. Here two ruddy turnstone checking out sea vegetation along the shoreline pulling at it probing to see if it is edible.
The ruddy turnstone is a small bird with a short stocky body and orange legs.
