Description
A cub, its mother and sibling hang out in a tree as a larger female bear eats all the black walnut below. Drivers, hikers, walker and bicyclist pack into Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for Autumn color as well as seeing wildlife. A long the loop road you often find a deer or two and maybe some bears hanging out under a tree or in a tree.
Please respect the rules and follow the rangers direction when they are on site and off by staying 150 feet away for their safety and yours! Photographed with rangers on site.
