Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

Canon of Fort Sumter

On April 12, 1861, southern forces fired the opening shot igniting the Civil War on Union-occupied Fort Sumter. For almost a day and a half, the Confederate army under General P.G.T. Beauregard fought to capture Fort Sumter from Union Major Robert Anderson. Anderson surrendered to the Confederate army, remained in Confederate hands until it was evacuated as Sherman marched through South Carolina in February 1865.

So come explore with me the world of art through my photography. I was born and grew up in Miami Florida loving nature. In 2007, I took up a small digital camera while traveling North America with my husband Frank, our dog Gwen, and our cat Psycho. We finally settled in Western North Carolina loving the mountains. As a painter life moved me in a different direction and windows opened. I have always laid out my composition before me. I have worked in all mediums at one time or another, but watercolor and pastel were my modes of choice. During my travels, photography became a...
