Crabtree Falls is located at mile marker 339.5 off the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina as Fall descends. Crabtree Falls is 70 foot high waterfall.
Today you have to park outside the once used campground is closed adding a little extra walk through the deserted campgrounds.
The trail is a bit rocky with three sets of stairs, so remember what goes down must go up here in the mountains.
